SAP Finance Trainer
- Based in Warsaw (some remote work available)
- Initial contract length of 6 months with likely extensions
- Start: As soon as possible
- English speaking role
Knows and uses data gathering tools to obtain information for developing courses of actions and making recommendations.
Assist project team to assess competencies and skill levels and gaps for individuals.
Based on identified learning objectives and desired outcomes, work with subject matter experts on content to develop training material.
Demonstrate understanding of adult learning and education.
Apply teaching/training/facilitation techniques. Know how to manage groups in a meeting environment.
Actively use processes and tools that measure the effectiveness and relevance of training design and delivery. Follow up on results and apply corrective measures to training design if any.
Enhance existing training material, based on the new business requirements
Seek for improvements of training content in related process.
Aware of instructional design principles. Practically apply them to development of all training mediums.
