DevOps Engineer with Google Cloud (GCP), Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux admin
Hands-on DevOps Engineer to join one of our large consulting clients, role is based in Central London.
- Experience on AWS, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Terraform, Kubernetes, Python and Groovy
- Must have google expertise but also able to spin up environments in AWS and Azure.
- Strong Amazon Web Services knowledge and understanding, Docker and experience in 'containerisation', Kubernetes, Logstash skills, Maven, Dependency injection, Tomcat (or similar), Linux/Unix, CI (Jenkins preferably).
- Demonstrate a current knowledge of latest DevOps tooling and practices.
- Design, implement and maintain infrastructure for cloud-hosted applications
- Experience of deploying to a public cloud, ideally using AWS.
- Experience of continuous integration tooling, ideally using Jenkins
- Implement occasional change requests using Back End Scripting languages and tools.
- Application architect background with ability to code in any language is desirable
- Should have good experience on GCP Cloud architecture
