Description
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with a strong background in .NET at a large government agency. You will be part of the company database team. You will need to have a high level Dutch in order to apply.
The candidate will be experienced in analysis and technical knowledge (.NET environment). This opportunity is starting ASAP, and will be for a long period.
The role will include:
- Modeling and analysis - Knowledge and experience with writing stories in a scrum context
- Good communication skills, both to business experts who define the application, and to the development team that implements the analysis
- Experience with compiling a product backlog
- Analyze technical and functional problems
- Corrective actions, technical adjustments, ... proposals
- Familiar with Domain Driven Design
- Knowledge Microservices vs Service Oriented Architecture
- Iterative thinking/working
- Knowledge Scrum methodology
- Analytical skills and system thinking
- Team player
