Profile:

My client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect who is an expert with VMware SRM product and also has Geo Redundancy experience.

Project:

The profile is intended to work on integration of all the applications with the following infrastructure layers:

  • Intra site High Availability
  • Geo Redundancy

The profile will be integrated in a project team and be involved in 2 different programs:

Step 1: 3 months (of which about 3 weeks onsite in French Polynesia)

  • Design/Prepare/Test on site (in Papeete) the PRA procedure

Step 2: 1 month (of which 2 weeks will be in New Caledonia:

  • Update the existing PRA procedure and test it on site (in Noumea New Caledonia)

Mission/Tasks:

  • Complete the design of the following topic:
  • Geo Redundancy
  • Prepare the Tests Plan for Geo Redundancy
  • Geo Redundancy

Expected skills:

  • High expertise in deploying VMware SRM based solutions
  • Knowledge of mechanisms/tool used for HA/Redundancy
  • Knowledge of HPe 3PAR
  • Architecture: CPG, Virtual Volume, Physical Volume, Adaptive Optimisation, .
  • Advanced replication function: Array Base Replication, Remote Copy group, Consistency Group, .
  • HPe Storage Bay Management Interface (SSMC) and potentially HPE Recovery Manager Central (RMC).
  • Excellent French language skills required both written and speaking.

Please note 60 - 70% of workload will be onsite in Massy France and this is the base location 30 - 40% will involve travel to New Caledonia and French Polynesia and expenses will be covered when required to work in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.

Will be required to enable travel to New Caledonia and French Polynesia within timeframe available.
