Description

Our client is a market-leading organisation with over 70,000 employees worldwide, annual revenues in excess of £15 billion and continuing to grow heavily through merger and acquisition.

As a result, our client is looking to recruit a number of Access Management Analysts on an initial 3-month term contract to support the business through a period of increased tickets based from their EMEA IT Operations Centre in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leavers/joiner's process from an IT perspective, whilst creating and administering domain accounts in Active Directory including deleting, enabling, renaming and transferring domain accounts, creating, managing and maintaining security groups in Active Directory, creation & linking of mailboxes, groups and fault finding using Exchange , file and folder creation and provisioning using NTFS file systems in line with ITIL best practices standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning, administration and troubleshooting email accounts in MS Exchange & Outlook
  • Use of Active Directory to create and administer security groups
  • Use of Active Directory to administer multiple domains
  • Provision of RSA hard and soft tokens
  • Provision and administration shared files systems NTFS
  • Provisioning of BYOD and mobile devices
  • Use best-practice processes in every request, to be compliant with SOXFSA audit requirements.
  • Processing and tracking progress of requests on the service desk software
  • Working to and achieve structured SLA's in accordance with ITIL best practices

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years IT Support experience, ideally within Access management
  • Knowledge of NTFS, Active Directory, Exchange, Unix, Lotus Notes, Mainframe
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • First-class organisation skills
  • Team Player - creates positive working relationships throughout the organization and beyond
