Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to work in Edinburgh for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of c.£/day (inside of IR35).Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated Technical IT Support to Users.
Re-installation of software
Rebuilding of Workstations, Laptops and Tablets
PowerShell utilisation.
SCCM administration/utilisation.
Documenting of guidance and known fixes.
Work closely with colleagues, internal and external suppliers.
Report to line manager on project progress, highlighting any significant issues.
Requirements:
Windows 10
SCCM
Windows Server
AXIOS Assyst (or similar ITSM tool)
PXE Boot
Active Directory
Microsoft Office 2016
User Experience Virtualisation (UEV)
Planning, organising, and prioritising day to day tasks to deliver services on time and to agreed service outcomes.
Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative, to achieve agreed objectives.
Desirable Skills:
PowerShell
MCP Accredited
ITIL qualified
Full driver's license
