James Carrera at Umbilical Life is engaged with a world leading organisation to source an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to support Global Finance Transformation initiatives, responsible for building and supporting various hosting platforms.
Accountable for:
Providing extensive support during the build, testing, and deployment of solutions to enable efficient deployment of hosting platforms to defined architectures, as well as;
- Day to day technical support assistance to project team both regionally & globally.
- Server builds and configurations, database backups and restores, and other related activities.
- Maintaining security accounts, assigning permissions, and auditing delegations.
- Ensuring operational procedures are adhered to; monitoring, disaster recovery, patching.
- Responsible for document systems and configurations
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level in Technology subject or equivalent, you will have 5 years' experience within infrastructure, across a broad spectrum of technology in particular the cloud; Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS, as well as;
- Windows Servers and large-scale server infrastructure
- Active Directory
- Networks and Firewall technologies
- Vendor Management
