I am recruiting for a Service Designer to be based in London.
This role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate on the job advert is the take-home rate after all deductions.
The client is building a multi-disciplinary team to help the Shared Services Programme carry out a discovery to build the digital, data and technology strategy for the programme. They expect the team to help develop a strategy that will move the clients HR, finance, payroll and procurement services closer to its Digital & Technology strategy, ensuring sustainable, user-centered services which are delivered using more agile, iterative approaches to ensure they adapt to the experience of users and business areas.
You must have experience of Service mapping and be able to create a map to show the HR and finances services used across the client from a user-centered perspective.
You will also have experience of iterative prototyping and testing for commercial off-the-shelf.
You must be able to make informed decisions based on user needs, available technology and value for money & have knowledge of the wider digital economy and advances in technology.
