Description
A Junior Desktop Services Engineer is required for an initial 6 month contract to be based in Worthing, West Sussex. The role will include some travel to Southend-On-Sea and London.
As a Junior Desktop Services Engineer you will provide technical support to our clients customers and projects to fault find and resolve technical issues. You will be supplying support on Windows 10, MacOS and O365 and developing knowledge to support on non-standard applications. This will include end user interaction and from time to time travelling to other sites such as Southend-On-Sea and London.
Experience required;
- Experienced support analyst
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and MacOS
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office 2016 and O365
- Hardware familiarity (Desktop, Laptop, Printers) and experience of PC Hardware maintenance and local APS infrastructure awareness
- MCSE Certification
- Understanding of Remote Control skills (SCCM, Remote Desktop)
- Knowledge of Assyst/ITSM service management tools
- Knowledge of Mobility Solutions (Wireless)
- AD awareness
- Knowledge of basic network principles
- Knowledge of iOS devices (MacBooks and iPads)
