We are recruiting for a Front Office Application Support Analyst (Essential ION/Markitwire) for a Banking Group based in London.
Role Description
Front Office Application Support analyst, supporting primarily the Rates and Credit Derivatives desks. Working in a team of support analysts and providing level 1 activities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge and previous market experience (5 years+)
with ION trading, and Markitwire. As a level 1 support analyst, you will be expected to identify, report and escalate incidents, and raise support tickets to level 2 teams where applicable Problem solving and root cause analysis will also be a key activity
Team Structure
The Wholesale Production Support team is a combination of Front Office Application and Trade Floor Desktop Support teams, reporting to the Head of Trade Floor Support. Within Production Support there
are sub-teams and team leads. This role reports to the team lead for Electronic Trading Platforms.
The ETP team consists of 3 support analysts.
Additional Information
The role is based on the trading floor of the Head Office in London. Support hours are on a shift basis, operating 07:00-18:00 Some weekend work may be required.
