- Contract position open to mechanical engineers

- Hourly rate between £30 - £45 depending on experience

Our passion and drive for technology has allowed us to work with many household names across the UK. Due to the acquisition of the new project we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the team. This project is for a prestigious end client in the private sector. The right candidate must be able to obtain, or have current, security clearance.
WHAT WILL YOU, THE CONTRACT Mechanical Engineer, BE DOING?
As an accomplished Mechanical Engineer, you will be joining a specialist branch to provide support in terms of design, development and testing as well as systems integration. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, system design, support to airworthiness, integration, test & verification.
WE NEED YOU, THE CONTRACT Mechanical Engineer TO HAVE.
- Relevant mechanical engineering experience within the aerospace industry
- Be confident with requirements analysis including detailed system specification
- Be confident with system design in relation to aerodynamics for external equipment and electrical loads
- Support integration, test and verification
- Be able to review test procedures
- Support design for test systems relevant to integration rigs
- Integration with platform nav/comms systems
- System integration/test experience
- Be able to go through SC or already have SC security clearance
