SysX Voice Engineer is required to one of our clients based in Newbury, UK
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Manage team workflows and personal queue in line with order required by date. Allocate work orders, action the task and then sign off the order in the appropriate system
- Avoid self-inflicted errors
- Ensure that all associated customer documentation is maintained
- Assist in resolving of faults as reported by appropriate fault agencies by applying data to correct the issue when related to orders completed by workstream
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of SystemX platforms exposure both in hardware and data fill
- Excellent knowledge covering DASS, CTX, Q.931, DPNSS, CAS, C7 Datafill.
- Excellent knowledge covering network routing Datafill
- Minimum 5 years of telecoms experience backed-up with accredited formal manufacturers training courses on relevant platforms
- Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written to support role
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Demonstrate practical experience knowledge gained through working in a similar role
- Must have a background in digital voice switching systems, with knowledge of SystemX platforms routing data structure
