Description

Resourcing Assistant - £200 per day

As one of Vodafone strategic partners we are currently looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join the team in London Paddington on a contract until March 2020.

The associate recruiter role is focused on engaging with candidates from first contact to first meeting with the business. Creating a world class candidate experience is critical as well as ensuring we are targeting the correct calibre of candidate for each role. It is essential that this role understands each requisition that is worked on to understand exactly how to target the market.

Please note that the successful applicant will have to operate via an Umbrella Company or as a PAYE contractor.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Source candidates for all roles across Functions.
  • Support recruiters where necessary, working in agile squads to deliver business recruiting objectives
  • Build/maintain relationships across the Resourcing Team, key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Centres of Expertise and any external partners.
  • Ensure that the quality of hires is continuously improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet the business objectives and Vodafone talent agenda.

Experience:

  • Resourcing & Candidate Sourcing experience
  • Agile methodology
  • Previous experience of working within a Corporate environment - Central functions (HR, Finance etc) or a Commercial environment - Product Manager, UX Designer, Product Designer etc
