Software Developer - ITSM, Ivanti

Role is deemed inside IR35.

Our client is looking for a Developer with experience of working with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, ideally Ivanti.

Role:

Assist with developing, implementing and supporting the Ivanti ITSM system.
Perform Scripting in either JavaScript, Webservices, XML etc.
Work to improve the ITIL and ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change and configuration management.
Provide technical assistance on the ITSM system.

Experience:

Previous ITSM process development experience. ideally knowledge of Ivanti.
Incident, problem, change and configuration management.
Development experience across web technologies, such as; JavaScript, Microservice and XML.
