Description
Urgently looking for a SOX Consultant for an initially 3 - 6 months initial contract to manage the annual SOX testing program (Test of Effectiveness and Test of Design), for all in scope Business process and IT General controls.
Key experience:
-ACA qualified (minimum 5 years PQE), ideally big 4 trained within audit with deep SOX experience
-Experience of working in large and/or multinational and multicultural corporate environment
-Experience of setting up and managing a team
-Detailed knowledge of SOX 404 requirements, processes, documentation and remediation
-Detailed understanding of internal controls testing requirements in terms of sample, frequency, etc.
-Knowledge of core financial controls, and of IT General Controls (IT GC)
-Communication, leadership and people skills
-Excellent verbal and written skills
