Description
Senior Data Scientist required by my client, an innovative investment management Fintech brand based in London, to join a team dedicated to a web application built on React Front End and Python/Django Rest Framework Back End with a PostgreSQL database.
The role is offered on an initial 3 to 6 months contract paying between £420 and £500 per day.
The Senior Data Scientist will lead a Data Science team and be responsible for building a personalisation system and analytics engine which will combine data sources, web activity, social media, performance patterns and other trends.
The Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong skills in Python for data science and Data Science frameworks (eg Tensorflow, Newsle, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Big Data experience (ie NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, Data Lakes, In-Memory databases, etc.).
- Adept in NLP and NLG algorithms
- Experience in Machine Learning algorithms development
- Strong Back End development skills with Python, Django Rest Framework and PostgreSQL
- Advantageous: Deep Learning algorithms, AWS or GCP Machine Learning tools, Github and Circle CI.
The Senior Data Scientist role is based in central London and offered on a contract basis - 3 to 6 months initially with high potential to extend and offering between £420 and £500 per day DOE.
