Description
For our customer in Luxembourg we are looking for a Test Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.You work in an international Team in Luxembourg City and English is project language. French or German are considered an Advantage. You need to work onsite.
Good Knowledge of Telco Operator and ability to setup a testing strategy are expected.

Your role includes:
• Responsibility for leading and delivery of all test stages (System, Integration and Performance)
• Oversight and Assurance of supplier test activities
• Lead test risk assessments for BSS / OSS technologies
• Participate in design reviews to ensure the testability
• Developing high quality test plans for BSS / OSS. The test plan development includes:
• Ensuring correct coverage and mapping of tests back to contractual requirements
• Test case and test script development
• Identification of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies related to the test activity
• Ensuring high quality delivery and detailed planning of the test schedules
• Provide best practice knowledge to influence the direction of and recommend solutions
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in Integration and Test of Communications Systems preferably
with specific experience in Public Safety
• Degree preferably in an Engineering related subject or equivalent
• Expertise in BSS / OSS Systems
• Good understanding of test stages and test phases for systems integration of large
communication systems
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Drive to proactively anticipate, manage, monitor and report on progress of test incidents
• Ability to influence stakeholders to resolve incidents and ensure test objectives
