Role: Senior Functional Consultant
Location: London, UK
Duration: 6 months + Extendable quarter on quarter
Responsibilities:
- A Senior Functional Consultant with the following skills:
- Working Experience of over 8 years in D365 CRM and Service modules
- Completely understand the functional flow of all the business processes, workflows, etc.
- Must have experience in working in discovery phase, detailing out the requirements, writing user stories
- Must be able to write Functional Design, User Manuals, etc.
- Must be able to give training to the Business Users
- Should have experience working in any of the Councils in UK and/or understand the UK Council processes
- Should be having resident status or Work Permit to work in UK
