Content Designer - 3 months - West Midlands - Government Body (OUTSIDE IR35)
MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE DV CLEARANCE
Looking for a skilled Individual with the following;
- Must have experience compiling technical documentation to a high-quality standard, for use by an audience with a specified level of technical competence & baseline training/experience
- Have experience producing Support Task Analysis (STA), Work Instructions (WI), Build Guide and Supporting Documents
- Must have technical and product knowledge of;
Microsoft Unified Communications
Oracle Unified Communications
Dell Server Hardware
Server Virtulisation with VMware and Hyper-V
CISCO Unified Communications - Minimum 3 years Technical Author experience
- Previous experience providing Technical authoring, reviewing and quality assurance of GFI documentation
