Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the position of ELK Stack Software Developer for a contract role based in Glasgow to run for initially 6 months. This role is working for one our public sector clients and has been deemed as inside of IR35. The daily rate for this role, depending on experience will range from £500 - £600 a day.
Your Duties:
- Develop analytics to meet customer requirements.
- Develop dashboards to meet customer requirements.
- On board new data and logging streams to the ELK platform
- Management and administration of current ELK platform
- ElasticSearch Configuration, Management, Upgrades etc
- Logstash configuration and grok patterns writing and review
- Beats configuration and management on conjunction with Logstash.
- Develop and refine customer queries and thresholding
- Configure monitor and manage integration to our service management tools.
- Develop custom reporting
Experience Required for this role:
- Understanding of AWS infrastructure, Packer, Terraform, Inspect and other DevOps tools.
- ELK Stack - ElasticSearch, LogStash, Kibana & Beats.
