Project Administrator/Coordinator
Project Administrator is required by our pharmaceutical client to handle general administrative tasks including presentation preparations, email coordination, documentation filing and using SharePoint.
Project Administrator will:
- On board new resources and maintain the resource database
- Handle PO creation
- Support the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Control project and portfolio finances via reports and dashboards
- Other Admin tasks required by the team
This role would be best suited by someone with finance knowledge, project management/resource management and have been a Admin expert or Resource expert previously
