Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a number of Appraisal Officers on initial 6 month contract. The organisation supports companies invest in new infrastructure, new products and new services. The roles will appeal to someone with experience in science, technology or engineering, and/or experience working within the financial/accountancy sector. Appraisal officers use well developed analytical and interpersonal skills to work with these companies and to identify suitable grant applications.
Essential skills:
* Experience working within a science or engineering environment and/or experience working within a financial or accountancy environment
* Degree in science or engineering and/or relevant financial or accountancy qualification
* Must have excellent written skills, allied to great interpersonal & influencing skills and ability to influence
* Should be self-starter
* Understanding of innovation in general
