My high-profile client is urgent recruiting for an DV Cleared Technical Author to work on my client's high-profile project. You will produce technical documentation for the Unified Communications (UC) project, which is required in order to deliver required GFI for the continued development of support documentation.
Essential skills:
* Extensive experience of compiling technical documentation to a high-quality standard, for use by an audience with a specified level of technical competence & baseline training/experience
* Experience of producing Support Task Analysis (STA), Work Instructions (WI), Build Guide and Supporting Documents
* Technical and product knowledge of Microsoft Unified Communications
* Technical and product knowledge of Oracle Unified Communications
* Technical and product knowledge of Dell Server Hardware
* Technical and product knowledge Server Virtualisation with VMware and Hyper-V
* Technical and product knowledge of CISCO Unified Communications
* Minimum 3 years Technical Author experience
Desirable skills:
* Experience of working with the MOD
* Experience providing Technical authoring, reviewing and quality assurance of GFI documentation
