UX Researcher
My client is looking for a UX Researcher to join them on a 6 month contract in Exeter to be responsible for leading user research for a pivotal programme - you will gather and validate requirements across all users and stakeholders.
As UX Researcher your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with UX Designers to influence and validate design decisions
- Extract supporting research through a variety of UX approaches; workshops, interviews, surveys and usability testing
- Engage, coordinate and manage a focus group of key users and stakeholders to capture requirements
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods to validate requirements and drive innovation to the programme.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience of leading user research activities with the ability to present findings to shape product development
- Demonstrable experience of designing and facilitating a range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, with the ability to understand advantages and limitations of each
- Ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders and users through a variety of communication methods
- Experience working with Agile projects would be highly desirable
- Experience using inVision studio software would be highly desirable.
