Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a global manufacturing organisation on a 12 month contract. Our client specialises within the defence industry.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will report to the Maintenance Supervisors and line management across a 24/5 shift pattern at site, the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be executing a varied range of activities that protect our clients site and ensure capability for manufacturing teams to perform their duties.
Job Role
*Maintain all plant & equipment
*Working on Preventative & reactive maintenance duties
*Fault finding on PLC programs
*Ensuring down time on machinery is kept to a minimum
*Execution of work orders from the site CMMS
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will have:
*Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
*Ability to fault find on PLC's
*Ability to read & understand technical engineering drawings
*Good organisation skills with ability to follow a TPM schedule
*Communication with stakeholders
Qualifications
*Formal Electrical Qualification
*Work at height & MEWP license
*Safety qualifications
*Supervisory experience
*Experience in working in blue chip industries with time pressure & performance metrics
