Templeton and Partners BV is looking for an Experienced "Procurement Consultant" to join one of our largest client for a position in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the banking sector.
Your first and most important purpose is to ensure the business obtains the most fit for purpose market data, at the best price. To achieve this, you have an excellent understanding of business needs and requirements. This leads to successfully managed relationships and contract negotiations.
In your role, you will deal with (senior) stakeholders, as well as working closely with business users, and negotiating new and existing Market Data contracts.
You can advise at request or at own initiative to senior management the best value and cost-saving opportunities.
You are aware of the ever changing market data landscape. Of course, you ensure all signed contracts are updated in the contract database MDM and have experience with this system.
You'll perform the task to look into all exchange contracts and help optimize them.
As a specialist in your field of expertise, you like to achieve good results-
All data use is managed from a compliance perspective.

Identified and communicated sources of data, leveraging existing agreements and relationships wherever possible. This is to ensure that internal clients are aware of all options and how their decisions impact the strategy overall

Following the procurement policy, relevant products and services that meet requirements get evaluated

Do research on and improve to the device around the exchange contracts

Do research on the billing proces

minimum of 2 years working experience in the workfield of Market Data or Markets

knowledge and working experience with MDM ( master data management )

Teamplayer

HBO/WO level of education

Project management skills

Adaptive to agile or self-organisation way of working
Knowledge of MDM ( master data management ) is a must have!
