Service Desk Analyst - £88.20 per day - 6 Month Contract (Rolling)

Please note this role is within scope of IR35.

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work for a large banking organisation on a 12-month contract based in Kegworth. The primary purpose of the Service Desk Analyst will be to provide technology/property related support and advice to resolve workplace related faults, incidents or requests from our clients colleagues and suppliers.

Working closely with the Workplace Services and Technology teams you will deliver an efficient and effective service to resolve issues and requests in a timely and customer focused manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the full range of Service Desk/Service Request services within agreed SLA targets for dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Ensure appropriate action and response to all requests within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA/SLE)
  • Provide flexible support across Service Desk/Service Request delivery areas.
  • Maintain close working relationships with on site management, support staff, suppliers and external contractors
  • Act as a liaison point with Workplace Services and Technology operational teams, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to Bank policies and procedures concerning financial authority levels, and action specialist supplier payment processes in a timely manner.
  • Awareness and understanding of the requirements, operating procedures and objectives of Workplace Services and Technology operations
  • Provide support and guidance to Team Leaders to make strategic decisions
  • Operate incident reporting process and escalate to relevant parties as appropriate
  • Identify H&S and Security Issues connected to jobs raised and manage appropriately
  • Ensure the sharing of best practice across the team
  • Support and Contribute to simplification across the team
