Description
Our client, a major global IT service provider, requires an experienced Scale VDI Support Analyst with working knowledge of HC3 infrastructure and taking Snapshot of a VM to join their Service Operations team in London.
This is a temporary one year contract with an immediate start date.
Key Requirements:
- Working Knowledge of HC3 infrastructure
- Working knowledge to take Snapshot of a VM
- Clone a VM, Set replication for a VM, move VM from a node to another
- Troubleshooting skills to recover the VM back from in-access/hung state
- Manage alerts on the console
- Hands on knowledge of firewire upgrade and perform DR exercise in case of requirement
- Working with vendor for complex production issues and resolve VDI availability with minimum MTTR
- Working knowledge to increase drive size and also to shrink and extend with the existing drives of a VM
- Excellent communication skills
