Rate: £300 per day outside IR35
Keystream have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to work for an NHS organisation on a temporary basis initially the end of March. This role is to start ASAP and is based in Central London.
As the ServiceNow Developer you will have the following role & Responsibilities:
Day to day maintenance, updates and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform, Testing & implementing upgrades when new releases come out, Implement enhancements in line with the organisation and vendors to ITIL standards, Overseeing the company's roadmap
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Develop automated business processes through Orchestration Flow Designer & Configuration Management
Develop Performance Analytics Dashboards and Reporting as necessary
Build customised Applications with Approval Workflows where appropriate and in line with ServiceNow 'best practices'
Takes ownership of the ITSM toolset to Manage the platform and co-ordinate future Development and Implementations
Enhance customer experience and efficiency's through develop automated workflows and Self-Service Dashboards
Driving on-going improvements to the toolset to support greater efficiency's and enhanced customer service from IT&S and the business altogether
Key Experience:
Appropriate qualifications and training in the delivery of ITSM preferably ServiceNow Application Developer
Appropriate qualifications and training in ITIL (Foundation qualification is essential)
The potential successful candidate must be an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong experience of web technologies (JavaScript-HTML-XML-Web Services) within a SaaS environment.
Strong experience with integrating ServiceNow Orchestration with systems; Office 365, AD, Azure, SCCM & Casper (JAMF), Slack & SharePointIf you have the skills for this role please forward your CV for an immediate interview.
