Description

Flint is looking for a VOIP Engineer familiar with the Cisco HCS Hosted Collaboration Service product for a Migration upgrate project

Activities will involve

  • Perform end customer assessment of current HCS 9 deployment and customizations;
  • Participate in Service Provider kick-off meetings for each customer migration to collect requirements;
  • Define migration strategy for each customer migration to meet requirements;
  • Migrate end customers to HCS 11 (including Imagicle and any currently active customized services);
  • Partecipate in the migration maintenance windows (during working hours);
  • Live troubleshoot of multi-vendor issues (coordination of TAC and Imagicle Support);
  • Designate a primary point of contact for all support requests regarding the migration coming from customer;
  • Participate in review calls every week to address any operational issue;
  • Participate in monthly meetings with service provider to assess performance with respect to migration plan;
  • Manage support escalations and prioritization according to customer needs.
  • Essential Skills:

  • Italian language required;
  • Onsite (Office Milan) preferred;
  • Working Knowledge of the Imagicle Call Recording
  • Working Knowledge of the Imagicle Fax server
  • Working Knowledge of the Imagicle IVR
  • Working Knowledge of the Imagicle Click to Call and the rest of Imagicle suite.
  • Working Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications (CUCM, Unity, Presence, Cisco IP phones, Voice Gateways, ATA)
  • Working Knowledge of VoIP technologies: SIP, H323, MGCP, trunking, IP Phones firmware management
  • Knowledge of Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS)
  • Troubleshooting and usage of VOIP troubleshooting tools
  • Good Communication skills
