Jr. Project Coordinator
Excellent opportunity area to launch your career with a global, Fortune 50 Company. Our client is seeking a high-achieving, Project Coordinator to join their creative and dynamic organization.
You will be working with cross-functional teams and vendors to organize a rollout of new fleet vehicles for our Enterprise associates. Responsibilities will include; documentation, updating training guides, reporting, coordinating deliveries/pickups between vendors and field teams, monitoring and escalating vehicle repair requests, monitoring technology hardware inventory and work with all parties to ensure the rollout is a success. An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organized, detail oriented, basic Excel skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, logistics, supply chain, or analyst role - Recent grads welcome with internship experience!
- Project Coordination - experience running a project from start to finish
- Experience escalating potential bottlenecks to leadership
- Excel skills (data entry)
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
