PROJECT MANAGER - CRM, Data Strategy and Knowledge and Content (EPSOM, SURREY)

***URGENT CONTRACT - 6 Months Minimum - £380-£480.00 per day***

Job Description:

As the Project Manager, you will:
  • Be leading several projects within the Digital Programme working with the Business and IT (Data Strategy and Knowledge and Content)


The Successful Applicant:

For the Project Manager to be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience of delivering customer centric end to end change on complex projects
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
  • Experience working within a leading retailer or Automotive company
  • Hands on experience projects managing major data strategy and knowledge and content projects
  • Experience with CRM, Data, Dealer Management Systems and appointment booking solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Display a high level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex business change initiatives


Stakeholders:
  • Lead strategic change from initiation to execution and benefits realisation, provide the business with end to end change support
  • Very hands on, end to end change - Will require leadership and facilitation
  • Collaborate with the Business on the need & nature of change to leverage opportunities and manage challenges
  • Work independently when required to identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking and then shape, prioritise and drive the execution of their change needs with a focus on delivering the desired customer outcomes


Highly desirable:
  • Experience with Contact Centre solutions and Workforce Management
  • Qualifications such as PMP, Scrum Master etc.
