Service Desk Analyst (Beccles, Suffolk) - £13.84 (PAYE)/£17.04 (Umbrella/LTD Company) - Inside IR35 - 1 month rolling

I am recruiting for a Public Sector client in Beccles, Suffolk who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team to provide effective and positive first line customer focused support through managing calls and handling the resulting incidents and service requests.

Experience of working on a Service Desk is desirable but not essential if they can demonstrate the following key criteria:

* Contact centre Call handling experience
. Strong Customer service background
. Experience supporting the service operation using incident management processes.
. Strong aptitude in IT
. Handling customer emails
. A thirst for learning in a fast paced environment
