1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Gloucester
Length: 12 month contract
Rate: £100 - £120 per day
Working as a 1st Line Support Engineer for a reputable company based in Gloucester, you will be responsible for dealing with all 1st line queries and you will assist in delivering personable and professional customer support.
Please note the working hours will be 9am - 1pm.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
-1st Line Support experience (Desktop/Floorwalking)
-Experience working in a Microsoft environment
-Good communication skills
-Problem solving and methodical approach
-Working on own intuitive and as part of a team
This role will fall inside of IR35.
