Transition Lead (IT & Servers)
Brief Overview
Triad are working with a Leading Digital Service provider and are actively looking for an experienced Transition Lead to join their team based in Belgium. The role will be based Full time in Belgium.
The rate will be paid in £ and travel and hotel costs will be covered. The end client office is fully English speaking.
Experienced Transition Lead required to lead and manage the transition of approximately 2,700 Servers from end client site to an internal support set up. Current services are led and managed by an in-house team of employees, with the day-to-date infrastructure support carried out by a team of engineers based in India.
Our end client has a long-standing relationship with their end client established over a number of years.
The next phase of the relationship includes an overhaul in the account operating model and the transition of Servers from internal client control. The task therefore requires leading and managing an initial transition of the services, followed by an integration activity where the newly transitioned Servers will be incorporated into the existing account operating model. The integration will be complicated by the fact that the account operating model itself is being modified as part of the extension activity.
The role is expected to be based in Belgium alongside the customer, and will involve initial post-contract verification of volumes etc., planning and executing the service transition, and subsequently integration into the wider account. The transition will be supported from India (where the current service provider's team is located).
