End User Support - Messaging
3 month contract role. Looking for a candidate to provide the Messaging Operations team end user support over messaging, exchange 2016, Proofpoint. You will field questions and handle end users and spam reports during the implementation of a new Email Security project. Monitor user support requests/escalations to the team. You will triage issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of messaging technologies including Exchange 2016, SMTP, Proofpoint etc
- Knowledge of: Exchange, Outlook, Skype for Business, Active Directory, Proofpoint, MessageControl, Windows Server, Airwatch, Apple iPhones/iPads
