Senior Interaction Designer required by Whitehall Resources for an initial 6 month contract based in Newcastle
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO FALL WITHIN IR35*
Role responsibilities:
As a Senior Interaction Designer you will share your specialist knowledge and experience with the team to deliver end client services, products and tools which fulfil user needs.
- You will manage other people's work, support senior level discussions and assist with recruitment.
- You will have an excellent understanding of best practice, prototyping and future developments.
- You will lead teams to work in an agile and multidisciplinary environment and will be comfortable managing senior stakeholders.
- Your focus will be on fulfilling user needs and understanding user journeys, using prototypes to do so.
- Beyond the day to day management of delivery, you will have a strong focus on how to improve existing practice and feed this into the roadmap for future services.
- You will also work to develop the skills of the team.
