Looking for developer experienced in creating basic iOS/iPhone apps. Just need a basic app to start which contains maps for at least 10 U.S. metro areas and allows the user to “check in” and leave comments about locations/residences/businesses similar to other social networking apps. Will ideally combine the best features of a consumer based review app and a social networking app. I can provide more detailed specifications upon receiving applications and interest and with an agreement not to disclose the app’s main theme. Ideally looking to invest $5k in this project with the right developer. However, flexible with spending ceiling if more cash needed to create a decent app. Would also consider entering into a profit sharing agreement with developer upon hopeful eventual sale of app.Initial compensation to come in the form of progress payments spread out over completion of the project with upfront payment to get started.
