Our client a leading charity are looking to appoint an interim Finance Director for a period of 6 months.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance will be responsible for the management and development of the team. As part of this the role will require the Finance Director to help the team adapt and react better to the strains of operating in a Covid 19 world. Financial control is performing efficiently but improvement needs to be made in the management accounting function.
Applicants will have experience of turning around finance function with an particular focus on budgeting and management accounts. Applicants will come from a not for profit background, have demonstrable knowledge of working in a similar organisation and will have a breadth of experience managing finance teams. This is a fairly hands on job and so individuals will need to commit the hours in a "working from home" environment
