Job Description:
Salesforce experience and solid understanding of the Salesforce tool and capabilities
Knowledge of workflow applications
2+ years of business analyst experience required writing procedural documentation and process flows
Proficient in process/process implementation/training
Ability to collaborate with others and understands how individual actions impact the team's/organization's vision and goals
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within operational support team
Detail-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Call Center experience would be helpful.
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
Results Oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and decision- making skills
Proficient the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Visio
