Our client is looking for "Loan IQ Functional SME"
Job type: 6 months (Extendable Contract)
Job Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Responsibilities
SME knowledge of the LoanIQ application/data model and/or Commercial mortgage/CRE business, as well as the new Version 7 of the LoanIQ application.
Implementation experience of LoanIQ application to Version 7.x
Strong industry proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong prior experience in analysing/defining requirements, designing and executing projects and change processes.
Experience writing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications
Strong data query, analysis and modelling skills, ability to analyze complex data structures of LoanIQ
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of the development life cycle (SDLC+ or equivalent)
Good Time Management skills and ability to multi-task concurrent deliverables.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
