Revenues & Recovery Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Revenues & Recovery Team of our Client.
The role will be working on PAYE Umbrella company basis at the rate of £25.25 per hour.
The role is initially for a period of 2-3 months.
Purpose of the job:
- To assist with the prompt, efficient and accurate billing, collection and recovery of Tax, Business Rates and BID Levy liabilities promptly and accurately in accordance with prevailing legislation, litigation, guidance, best practice and local policy.
- This is a Back Office role, not Customers services
Required Experience:
- Must have recent Academy experience
- Experience of working in a Revenues, Debt Recovery or Customer Service environment
- Good IT skills relevant to the use of Revenues, Benefits, EDRMS and associated software systems. Knoweldge of Google suite; Google mail, Google Sheets, Google Drive etc
