I'm currently seeking an ADAS Systems Engineer/Architect to work with a client of mine based in Sweden.
Some key information is as follows:
Location: Remote initially, Sweden once COVID-19 restrictions allow
Duration: 6 months initially
The Client
My client is venturing into the Autonomous vehicle industry and is therefore recruiting various teams at present. One of which is for Systems Engineers that are experts in ADAS.
The Role
The role will involve performing analysis and simulation of ADAS functions (ACC, AEB etc) to find software, fusion, hardware and system specifications. You will research key enabling sensor systems technologies in order compile the systems life cycle in terms of requirements, design, analysis and product architecture in addition to verifying the proposed solutions by liaising with different teams.
- Analysis of ADAS functions to find the specifications of camera, radar and lidar sensors
- Algorithm, Hardware and software systems requirements for sensor fusion applications
- Develop a system simulation platform for analysis of sensors, systems and product verification
- Allocate performance requirements to perception sensor and algorithms, planning and decision function blocks for level 2 and above autonomy
Therefore, I am ideally seeking candidates that can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of ADAS systems architecture, including (but not limited to) camera, radar, lidar sensors, sensor fusion and perception
- Architectural Design and Requirements experience for sensor perception systems within the automotive sector
- Familiarity with vehicle dynamics, control and planning with knowledge of block modelling and perform closed-loop control system simulations
- Matlab experience
