€400 per day max

The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring Scrum is applied to enable high quality work. You will manage timelines, resolve problems, and coach the team on all things Agile, helping to create self-organising teams.
Tasks:
- Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
- Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology.
- Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles.
- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (eg from customers or stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Knowledge and experience with:
- Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (eg Kanban)
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (eg Jira)
- Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
- Knowledge of software development methodology
- Knowledge of project management methodology
