Service Desk Analyst - 24/7 - Peterborough
My Peterborough based media client is looking for a SDA with previous helpdesk experience in an IT environment. You must have excellent customer service skills and happy to work in a 24/7 shift pattern. This is working for a global brand and after the six month contract role there could be excellent opportunities within the company. Afte 6 months you will be entitled to ITIL training and get the certificate and be a part of the bonus scheme which will be £900 per quarter.
You must have expeirience of supporting users on Chomebooks, Windows 10 and G Suite. This will be a remote based role initially until things go back to normal.
