Market & Customer Advisor consultant urgently required for interesting contract in Amsterdam.
The Market & Customer Advisor consultant will be Responsible for the following:
* You can proactively ensure that this team functions in a data-driven and customer-oriented manner.
* You are the visible and recognizable 'signboard' of Market & Customer Insights for that team.
* You continuously focus on translating analyses made into practice in order to have maximum impact.
* You provide the team with input regarding the attitude and behaviour of customers about their services and make the difference by giving sharp advice.
* You get a grip on the customer experience so that positive customer experiences can be created in all channels and interactions.
* Starting with the needs and experiences of pension participants and employers.
The Market & Customer Advisor consultant will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* HBO or academic education (marketing or business administration);
* 5 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in the field of customer research or consultancy;
* Extensive experience in measuring and monitoring customer KPIs such as NPS and CES;
* Knowledge of techniques and methods such as creating dashboards/visuals with customer insights, generating and using customer feedback (VOC), performing A/B tests and user-testing, online analytics or applying insights from process mining or customer journeys;
* Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics or Trigon is an advantage.
