2nd Line Assurance Senior Officer

Warrington

12 Month Contract

SC+ Clearance Required

2nd Line/Assurance/Senior Officer/Risk Management/Written Reports/Stakeholder Management/Legislation/Analysis/SC+ Clearance

Due to the need to enhance the risk management capability, a 2nd Line Senior Assurance Office is required to develop the 2nd Line Assurance process. You will work within the Information Operations & Data Team and support the embedding of a robust risk management framework.

For this role you must hold a CURRENT AND ACTIVE SC+ (SC ENHANCED) CLEARANCE.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect Assurance evidence
    • F2F Interviews (DD Level)
    • Review of documentation
    • Constructions/execution of Test Programmes
  • Analyse Assurance evidence
  • Give advice/recommendations and deliver organisational evidence
  • Draft written reports
  • Develop briefing papers and draft papers for committees
  • Strong stakeholder management

Key Experience:

  • Understanding of Legislation affecting Agency activity
  • Knowledge of Risk Management principles
  • Drafting/writing reports
  • Analysing information from a range of sources
  • Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency

Qualifications Needed:

  • Risk Management Qualification/Accreditation (IRM, IIA)
  • ACTIVE SC+ (SC Enhanced) Clearance
