Description
The Business Analyst will implement and support an enterprise-wide Qualified Financial Contract regulatory initiative. The scope of this work includes participating in building and supporting the overall regulatory implementation.
Responsibilities include:

Providing business analysis and data analysis leadership to various streams of QFC Regulatory implementation ensuring timely execution of requirement gathering data analysis and high-lighting any data gaps during initial phase of project.

Partnering with business and technology teams to analyze, interpret and document requirements for complex business problems and recommend comprehensive technology.

Analyzing complex requirements and translates to FSD or create backlog JIRAs for sprint planning.

Using technical expertise and in-depth capital markets domain knowledge in the relevant product or functional area to develop solutions that are strategic, cost effective and meet business requirements.

Applying knowledge of industry and technology changes to meet business partner tactical and strategic goals.

Working with business users to develop and provide training.

Ensuring effective system testing and project development life cycle management within the area of responsibility.

Desired knowledge of Liquidity and/or QRM.
