Description
In his/her support role, he/she is integrated into the Program Directorate, a team whose role is to ensure the methodology, management, transition, and other activities, specific to the Solution program.
The main mission of the speaker is to work on the activities related to the program, he/she participates in the various phases from administrative implementation, project governance, integration and production.
His/her experience supports the team in the management of the program at each of its stages, through the activities described below:
Collect and define the needs of the company, customers and users in terms of telecom systems
(capacity, reliability, security, etc.).
Participate in the study and definition of the company's transverse telecom solutions
Participate in the definition, elaboration and review of functional and technical specifications of the selected solutions
Ensure consistency in the choice of architecture, technologies, equipment, support tools and their integration according to specifications.
Implementing solutions for adjustments, evolutions or migrations of networks and resources
Advise and support teams in understanding technical developments
To assist in the methodology applied to the programme's work sites,
Assist in the management of the program and in the exchanges with the integrator,
Assist in the transition of the project to the operational phase.
Provide a weekly summary report of the various advances as well as an analysis of the associated risks.
To this end, it provides a monthly summary report of the programme's progress and an analysis of the risks according to its different attributions.
Mission of expertise
In addition to these assistance missions, the service provider will provide the following deliverable every two months from the beginning of its mission:
audit of the functional and technical architecture selected by the project management team according to the following themes:
o coherence of the different bricks of the solution and the existing IS, their interoperability and their evolution,
o analysis of functional, application and technical architectures (assessment and points for improvement and evolution to be made),
o compliance of functional and technical requirements in the context of the implementation of the solution,
For this audit, all the documents provided in the appendices "deliverables - project management" are to be taken into consideration.
As part of their submission, applicants will propose the organization of this deliverable.
Required competencies:
expertise in Telecoms IS and their transformation, BSS and OSS,
expertise in the field of the most popular valuation and invoicing software packages on the market and in particular Ericsson solutions,
expertise in converged telecom solutions with strong core competencies in networks, notably 11S, IN, VAS,
expertise in CRM and ERP solutions architecture,
strong competence in project management.
