Keystream Group are delighted to be recruiting for a PACS Data Imaging Analyst on behalf of an innovative healthcare organisation based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a PACS Data Imaging Analyst to join a busy and forward-thinking healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Data Imaging Analyst with a proven, in-depth knowledge of PACS and RIS and a background in radiography.
Details of the role:
- Job title: PACS Data Imaging Analyst
- Contract: 2 months initially with the possibility of extension
- Rate: £210 p/day
- Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the daily operational duties of a variety of Imaging ICT Systems (PACS, RIS and VNA)
- Migrating imaging data
- Maintain the Imaging ICT systems
- Perform data validation
- Co-ordinate downtime and software upgrades
- Problem and incident trouble shoot and perform some information extraction and analysis
- Support all Imaging staff in their use of Imaging ICT Systems and be competent to resolve technical issues.
- Support Imaging ICT Systems users outside Imaging, enabling them to access imaging support systems in a safe and timely way.
Essential Requirements:
- PACS/RIS systems knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software equipment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills in relation to role
- Experience of team-building, staff training and supervision
- Some knowledge of interface technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Background/prior knowledge of radiography
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with Carestream PACS
- Understanding of HL7 and DICOM
